A Contact Improv Dance Workshop & Jam
Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and play at the Mckibbin Lofts in Bushwick.
As always, all body contact is purely opt-in at all times, and by attending, you agree to honor the boundaries of both yourself and others π.

π The Flow:
β We begin with 30 minutes of guided practice with Ulysses and Oliver to warm up our bodies and awaken our curiosity.
β Then, we dive into 90 minutes of fluid contact improv inspired dance and movement with live music.
β We end with 30 minutes of relaxed social time to land, chat, and integrate. Fresh fruit and serotonin boosting chocolate provided by Primo Chocolates.

This edition features a warm-up/lab facilitated by Ulysses and Oliver, with live viola and sound effects by Val Domingo
