This is a pilot 90-minute community gathering for slowing down, listening, and allowing what’s been living in the body to have room to breathe.
We’ll begin with a group breathwork practice and then open into a shared circle of connection and presence.
This is a space to be witnessed. A space to listen without needing to advise. Space to remember that what is moving through us is not random or too much to carry. It may simply asking to be felt, to be met, to be seen, to be expressed.
