Sunset Power Yoga in the Park is back for another month with a new day!! Join us weekly on WEDNESDAYS in July! This power vinyasa flow is designed to get your heart pumping, sweat, and feel like you’re dancing on the mat. Expect a fast-paced flow, intermediate postures (with modifications and options for all skill levels), and balance and core strength challenges. Open to all levels! We will meet at the Astoria Park Pool Deck (entrance at 23 Terrace and 19 St.) Please arrive ~5 minutes early so class can start right at 6:30pm. RSVP required for headcount. This is a community-based class, optional to pay what you can via Venmo (@giselluna) or in person. Can’t make it this week? Join us next time!
