This is where movement, music, and meaningful connections meet. We’ll start with a fun, beginner-friendly salsa lesson and social dancing (no shoes needed!). Next, we’ll flow into the Connection Corner—a cozy space perfect for continuing the connections you made on the dance floor. We’ll even have icebreaker cards with thoughtful prompts to spark deeper conversations. Finally, we’ll ease into a soothing soundbath—helping you not only unwind but also to integrate the movement, conversations, and connections, so you fully embody the night’s experience. Bring comfortable clothes to dance in, possibly your comfiest outfit or a fun onesie for the Connection Corner, and a swimsuit if you want to sauna or cold plunge. Ready to connect?
