You are invited to join us at Bialy Bird for a community food swap! Attendees will be sharing silent-auction style, swapping home-made food goods.
This is a public event. Feel free to add friends you think might be interested in participating!
1:30: Come early to purchase delicious snacks and drinks from our hosts at Bialy Bird!
2:00pm: Arrival, and set up of your items and bidding sheets (provided). Make sure items are portioned and labeled before arrival! Feel free to bring samples.
2:30pm: Kick off announcements, walk around, sample, make offers on bidding sheets (ie; I would like to offer a loaf of my sourdough bread for a jar of your pickles)
3:00pm: Swapping! Return to your bidding sheets, see who made you an offer, experience the delights of swapping!
What can I bring?
Anything homemade or home grown: bread, cake, sauces, fresh eggs, flowers, fruit, pasta, candy, granola, tinctures, beer, extracts, etc. Also ok to bring homemade goods such as soaps and candles.
Please use best practices for food safety, and mark safe storage requirements and allergens on your bidding sheets.
