Join me for my new weekly Sunday 45-minute hatha class at my friend’s gym!
Hatha is a slower-paced yoga with longer holds. This intencional flow promotes relaxation and mindfulness by calling on the breathe to help sustain ourselves in each pose. ☺️
This class is for all levels, all ages, all bodies! It’s a Great class for beginners or friends just looking for a slower pace.
