🌿 TEMPLECRAFT
A Hands-On Ritual Workshop
The heart of Rooted Reverence is living life through a series of small rituals designed to nourish and deepen our connection with ourselves, the divine, and each other.
Having a ritual practice is really about slowing down enough to create space for what matters to you. Whether you’re working with tools, directing your focus and attention, cultivating intimacy, manifesting an outcome, or simply dropping into presence, ritual gives us a practice we can carry with us as we move through our lives.
🔥 Templecraft is about learning how to build that practice for yourself.
Together at Briar Hollow, we’ll explore the bones of ritual: practical skills and simple frameworks you can use to create experiences that feel alive, grounded, beautiful, and true to you.
Much of Templecraft is relational, so coming with someone you already trust is encouraged and will allow you to go deeper into the practices. That can be a romantic partner, friend, beloved, collaborator, or ritual buddy.
Coming solo is welcome too. You’ll still be able to learn the full framework, explore individual practices, and connect with others where it feels appropriate.
No perfect words. No elaborate altar required. No need to already know what you’re doing.
Just a willingness to slow down, pay attention, and make something sacred.
🕯️ SETTING THE STAGE
We’ll explore how candles, music, scent, flowers, fabrics, herbs, crystals, personal objects, lighting, and the physical environment can help us step out of ordinary time and into ritual.
🌱 INTENTION SETTING
What are you actually here for?
We’ll practice naming what you’re calling in, what you’re releasing, what you’re honoring, and what you want the ritual to hold.
🔥 INVOCATION
We’ll explore approachable ways of calling something larger into the space: elements, archetypes, ancestors, deities, guides, qualities, energies, or whatever feels meaningful within your own practice.
There is no required spiritual framework here.
👁️ PRESENCE + ATTUNEMENT
Breath, eye gazing, nervous system attunement, consent check-ins, and shared stillness.
Simple practices for getting out of our heads and actually arriving with another human.
✨ OPENING THE HEART OF THE RITUAL
This is where the pieces begin to come together.
We’ll explore practices like candle and color magic, guided meditation, breathwork, song, spoken prayer, sensual presence, energy exchange, journaling, movement, herbs, crystals, and symbolic offerings.
Not because every ritual needs all of these things, but because once you understand the tools, you get to choose what belongs.
🌙 CLOSING THE CONTAINER
Opening ritual matters. So does knowing how to come back.
We’ll practice giving thanks, grounding, integrating, and intentionally closing what we’ve opened so the experience feels complete.
🌿 WHO IS THIS FOR?
Templecraft is for anyone curious about bringing more ritual, intention, beauty, or sacredness into their life and relationships.
No previous experience with ritual, tantra, witchcraft, paganism, or spiritual practice is necessary. You don’t need to follow any particular belief system to participate.
Come curious.
