When we set out to start a book club four years ago we didn’t know what to expect, and we certainly didn’t know what the government would do. Four years later we’re still here. While the world is literally on fire, we are still coming together to try to build a better community. This month we have no assigned reading, no premade questions. Let’s both reflect and celebrate the good in Boise — and that means the Boise Banned Book Club. A party. A resistance. To continuing to fight for the right to read (and to exist freely)
