everyone is moving through something. let’s do it together.
heart broken anonymous is a support group for people who are experiencing any type of grief, loss, loneliness or heart break.
anyone, of any age, moving through something challenging is welcome.
we will come together, sit in a circle, and share stories of heartbreak to release it and remind ourselves we’re not alone.
sharing is encouraged but not required <3
this is a monthly facilitated in-person meeting where we will release, hold space space for each other, and ultimately come back to self-love.
come meet other strangers who are feeling the same way you are. maybe leave with a new friend ;)
*hba is not a 12 step program — just a sharing circle.
