🌕 Full Moon Embodiment: Rhythm, Connection & Flow An Afro-Latin Movement Experience with Musa Starseed Join us for a powerful Full Moon experience in the heart of Boulder—designed to take you out of your head and into your body. Guided by Musa Starseed—movement coach, DJ, and author of Social Dance Dynamics—this immersive experience blends Afro-Latin rhythm, somatic movement, and partner connection into one unforgettable night of flow, expression, and embodied awareness. This is more than a dance class. This is where rhythm becomes something you feel, connection becomes something you experience, and movement becomes something you live. ✨ What You’ll Experience Through a guided series of interactive and transformational exercises, you’ll explore: • How to feel rhythm in your body (instead of thinking or counting) • The hidden dynamics of connection between you, the music, and your partner • How to move with more flow, presence, and confidence • A deeper awareness of energy, polarity, and expression in movement All rooted in the principles of Musa’s book, Social Dance Dynamics—a framework for understanding the deeper mechanics behind social dance and human connection. 🌿 The Experience Flow 6:00 PM — Doors Open Arrive, connect, and enjoy a unique honey + mead tasting experience inside the beautiful Savannah Bee Company on Pearl Street.
