**Female Founder/CEO Self-Mastery: A Facilitated Group Dialogue** At the center of every company is a founder learning to lead themselves. This intimate, facilitated dialogue is designed for founders and CEOs who are actively working on their own self-mastery—navigating emotional regulation, ego, identity shifts, burnout, and the inner game of leadership. In a trusted space with peers who understand the weight of the role, we’ll explore what it takes to lead with clarity, resilience, and integrity. The session will be facilitated by post exit founder, Peter Corbett who is widely know as an expert facilitator of retreats, workshops, and small groups (YPO forums / Hampton etc.).
