Hello my gourd-geous friends! Please join me for a heart-centered night of soul nourishment, community connection, journaling, and guided meditation to celebrate the Fall Equinox and the month of September! September carries the spiritual energy of transition, completion, and grounding. As the ninth month, it vibrates with the numerology of the number 9—representing the end of a cycle, wisdom, and spiritual awakening. It bridges summer abundance with autumn stillness, urging us to pause, reflect, and realign. The autumn equinox is a sacred turning point when day and night are of equal length. Spiritually, it symbolizes cosmic balance, the completion of the harvest, and a transition from the active outward energy of summer to the reflective inward rest of autumn. This is an invitation to mirror the earth: to ground ourselves, take stock of our journey, and prepare for a season of intentionality, stillness, and introspection. Some Core Spiritual Themes of September are; • Balance and Equilibrium: Equal day and night remind us to balance light and dark, work and rest, and outer activity with inner peace. • The Inner Harvest: A time to look back at your year, celebrate personal growth, and give thanks for what you have achieved. • Letting Go: Just as trees drop their leaves, it is a cue to shed old habits, heavy emotions, or things that no longer serve you. • Preparation for Stillness: Moving into the darker months encourages deep self-reflection, shadow work, and quiet restoration. • Grounding and Organization: Virgo and Libra energies guide us to clean our physical spaces, center our minds, and seek harmony in relationships All in all, this is the perfect time to embrace transformation, release stagnant energy, and set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle! We want changes and transformations now, but during these gatherings we are not forcing the processes of reflection, activation, integration, and transmutation. We are tapping into the earth's frequencies and allowing our bodies, minds, and souls to flow and connect with the cycles and seasons of the earth…and we cannot rush the earth’s process.
