´◡`We're SO excited to launch GOOD GRiEF DC! GOOD GRiEF's mission is to help people find the good in grief through movement and community.
We'll be kicking off our first DC run club on Monday, 6/2 at 7am EST with our friends at Childhood Cafe and ASICS!
Here's what you can expect:
- 3 mile run (8-11 min pace groups)
- Shoe trials + giveaways from ASICS running
- 20% off coffee from Childhood Cafe DC
- Complimentary hydration from Sap's Original
We will also be celebrating the launch in the evening at Aslin from 5:30-8:30! All are welcome!
