Queer Ceramics Handbuilding Class
Join us for an afternoon of clay, creativity, and queer community as you learn the fundamentals of handbuilding and create your own unique ceramic piece.
During this workshop, you'll be guided through two foundational handbuilding techniques:
- Pinch pot construction
- Slab building
You can create pieces such as:
- Candle holders
- Jewelry dishes
- Decorative bowls
- Coasters
- Key trays
- Small sculptural objects
No prior experience is needed. All materials, tools, clay, glazing, and firing are included.
After the workshop, your finished piece will be clear glazed, professionally fired, and ready for pickup approximately 15 business days later.
