°ᴗ°˜◡˜Come join us for Andrea’s Latinos for Andrea Day of Action! Andrea Gordillo is running for City Council District 2 to make our city more livable, more affordable, and safer, and there’s a lot at stake.
Latina women have represented our district for three decades. As the only Latina in this race, it is vital that we show up for Andrea to preserve this representative legacy!
The great Angel and Valerie will be hosting Protest Karaoke. Another Protest Song: Karaoke from 12pm - 2pm
First initiated in 2008, Another Protest Song: Karaoke is a series of performances that look to the karaoke songbook as potential for political enunciation through song.
We’ll also have games, snacks, and drinks! Then at 2:30, we’ll be doing a mass canvassing and phone banking action for Andrea. At 5:30, we’ll end with a party!
Come sit on our stoop, jam to some tunes, build community, and help us further Andrea’s campaign!

¡Acompáñanos en el Día de Acción de Latinos por Andrea! Andrea Gordillo está corriendo para el Concejo Municipal del Distrito 2, para hacer que nuestra ciudad sea más habitable, más accesible y más segura, y hay mucho en riesgo.
Las mujeres latinas han representado nuestro distrito durante tres décadas. Como la única latina en esta carrera, ¡es vital que apoyemos a Andrea para preservar este legado de representación!
Los increíbles Ángel y Valerie estarán organizando un Karaoke de Protesta, ¡habrá juegos, bocadillos y bebidas! Luego, a las 2:30 p.m., realizaremos una gran jornada de toque de puertas y llamadas telefónicas en apoyo a Andrea. A las 5:30 p.m., concluimos con una fiesta.
