We’re the new team behind VMP, and we’re here to revive the Best Damn Record Club out there—together with you, the passionate community.
As part of this, we're hosting a live AMA (Ask Me Anything) where the community can ask questions and make suggestions about how we rebuild VMP.
We're going to cover stuff like what’s happening, what’s not, and what’s next. We know this has been a mess. The best way we can serve you now is with transparency. We also want to answer a few of the big questions we know are on your mind:
Where the $%@! is my record?!
We’re currently auditing every open order, cross-referencing with what’s actually in the warehouse, and prioritizing fulfillment ASAP.
Which records got pressed?
Some records are done. Some aren’t. Some we may need to beg, borrow, or repress. We’ll be honest about which is which.
Why should I believe a word of this?
Because we are in it. As in: physically sweating it out in the warehouse, reactivating customer service, and rebuilding VMP's shipping from the ground up. We’re not “strategizing,” we’re schlepping.
