A night of emotional dance music featuring the best in high energy melodic electronic music (in the style of Fred Again, Bonobo, Rufus du Sol, etc.) and original music by From Dust.
For those who know me and those who don't: My name is Trevor, and I make emotional dance music under the name From Dust.
I've written a lot of music, and I've also DJ'd a lot, but I haven't gotten the chance to perform an entire set based around my own music. So I'm considering this to be my debut DJ set as From Dust, and I'm very excited to share with you my fully realized vision of a From Dust set. I know you're going to love it.
I think this is going to be a super fun and special night and it would truly mean a lot if you are able to make it and also help promote this to any friends that you think would enjoy. 💜 I’m really going all out here so I am super grateful for any kind of support 🙏
I'm super grateful to have an opening set by drippingold (aka my big sister Tia - I know right, runs in the family), a custom visual performance by Aquila Visions (my good friend Keith), and my other good friend Sean will be helping to film a super high quality Boiler Room style recording so it's extra important that everybody brings the hype.
Also very grateful to be hosted by the Korner Store Bites & Vibes, a place that means a lot to me and I spent a lot of time at last year when I lived in the neighborhood. They'll be serving delicious craft soju cocktails and tasty Korean food.
Can't wait to dance with you there, I promise it will be worth the while
