Join us on the longest day of the year for a transformative Summer Solstice Sound Bath, a sacred evening of stillness, sound, and deep renewal. Led by Elena Box, this gathering honors the sun at its peak—a powerful moment in the natural cycle that invites us to reflect on our personal growth, release what no longer serves us, and step fully into our radiance.
The Summer Solstice has been revered across cultures as a time of illumination, abundance, and energetic alignment. It marks the height of the sun’s power before the slow descent into the darker half of the year. In shamanic traditions, the solstice represents a portal—a time to honor the light within and around us, set new intentions, and embrace transformation with clarity and gratitude.
As the sun begins to set, we will gather in sacred space, surrendering to the beauty of the twilight threshold. The experience will unfold as follows:
☀️ Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation – A deep, restful practice to invite stillness and receptivity, allowing you to soften into the wisdom of this cosmic turning point.
🔔 Sound Bath & Healing Touch – Bathed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and Elena’s healing vocal tones, you will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation. The resonance of sound will wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and aligning your body, mind, and spirit. As you rest, Elena will offer gentle, intuitive hands-on healing, deepening the experience of energetic balance and renewal.
🌞 A Sunset Ceremony – As the sky shifts from golden light to dusk, we will honor the transition with a moment of silence, gratitude, and intention-setting, embracing the gifts of the season ahead.
