This session combines Conscious Connected Breathwork with other strategies designed to activate the pineal gland, your “third eye,” enhancing intuition, insight, and higher awareness. You’ll move through: * Continuous connected breathing (inhale and exhale through the mouth, no pause) * Gentle body clenching and releasing from pelvis up to head to move energy * Complementary breathing techniques * Curated music and sound frequencies to support deep activation This integrated approach can help you to release stuck emotions, release tension in the body, open energetic channels, and tap into deeper states of perception, clarity, and presence. You are in control and will be offered options for grounding whenever needed. 
Sessions run about 1 hour, giving you time to dive deep into your mind, body, and energetic system. Everyone’s experience is unique—physical sensations, emotions, mental imagery, or spiritual experiences may arise. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, whatever shows up is welcome. How It Works
You’ll lie or sit on a yoga mat or cushioned surface. I’ll guide you through the continuous breath pattern and additional techniques. After the active work, there’s time to rest, integrate, and gently return to your day, often with a sense of clarity, insight, and expanded awareness. What to Bring * Loose, comfortable clothing * Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or eye mask for comfort * Water and a light stomach (avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours prior) * Journal to capture insights if you like Who Might Benefit
