Join us for an evening of breathwork and sacred song under the Cardiff sky.
Amie will guide you through breathwork that releases what's accumulated in your body. Then we move into singing together, music meant for your voice. Sanskrit and English songs that open the heart.
During "May All Beings," we'll visualize the planet surrounded by golden light, hands extended, palms open, blessing the world together. That's where the prayer lives.
We'll close gathered over tea, cheese (some vegan), crackers, and fruit.
What to bring: Blanket or mat for breathwork, eye mask if you have one, water bottle, something to sit on for singing.
This is our first time collaborating. Small group. Intimate.
