This is not your grandma’s Pilates. Or your coworker’s. Or anyone’s idea of “gentle.”
Explicit Pilates is a high-intensity mat Pilates class taught by Rosé Nowicki, fueled by loud, high-vibe club music and zero tolerance for half-assing it. This is HIIT-meets-Pilates in a legendary music-driven space—where the playlist slaps, the energy is feral (in a good way), and Rosé will absolutely yell at you to work harder.
Expect deep core burn, full-body sweat, and motivation that’s part drill-sergeant, part hype woman. Rosé curses. She pushes. She believes in movement as a release—and if you’re offended by explicit lyrics or explicit encouragement, this is your warning label.
This is anti-Pilates Pilates.
No mirrors. No whispery cues. No “find what feels good” energy.
Just one unapologetic hour of movement, music, and momentum.
All levels welcome—from first-timers to seasoned Pilates pros. You’ll work at your own pace, but you will be pushed. You’ll leave sweaty, shaky, and feeling like a badass.
Come ready to move.
Come ready to sweat.
Come ready to be told to fucking work.
