πΆAbout Musicians:
πΈ Owen Chen
NYC-based guitarist and composer blending modern jazz with cinematic and anime-inspired themes. A classically trained violinist with a Masterβs in Jazz from NYU, Owen leads Ghibli-themed jazz projects and residencies across the city. His debut album Eternal (2022) showcases jazz storytelling, and heβs releasing a full Studio Ghibli arrangement album in 2025.
πΈ Andrew Cheng
Originally from Borneo, Andrew is a Brooklyn-based guitarist whose melodic sound fuses jazz, indie, and folk. A Berklee alum, heβs toured globally with pianist Julian Moreen and plays with Carnatic-electronic artist RINI. He also supports major Chinese/Taiwanese pop artists and co-leads a Brooklyn improv trio with weekly sessions at Pinkfrog.
