Join us for a hands-on Vietnamese summer roll-making workshop at the Community Kitchen (next to Bincho Don) inside the Easton Public Market! Learn the basics of making summer rolls from scratch using our farm-grown cucumbers and carrots, guided by home chef and local gardener Thinn Hlaing. Thinn Hlaing is a home chef from Myanmar with a passion for exploring new foods and cultures. Based in Easton, PA, one of her favorite things is learning new recipes and sharing meals with friends and family. Vietnamese cuisine has always been one of her favorites, and she is excited to share one of the dishes she enjoys making.
