If you will be participating in the DIY drum craft, please bring a cardboard or plastic tube or container to form the base of your drum. We'll provide the rest! (examples: oatmeal container, poster tube, clean tin can)
Join us for an afternoon of resistance and community building, rooted in art and land. This event is kid and family friendly!
1pm: Beehive Design Collective deconstructs the complex and overwhelming issues that are shaping our world, using bio-regionally accurate depictions of animals and insects as metaphors to link cultural and ecological diversity.
3pm: Bring a snack to share and join us in some social time.
3:30pm: Raise Your Voice SD hosts a build-your-own-drum workshop, using household materials. We'll wrap up with a collaborative lyric-writing session!
