CLUB LOVELY @ LELLA
This Saturday, we’re starting our own radio station.
The kind we used to listen to in the car, in the back of a cab, or somewhere between where we were and where we were going. The kind where you didn’t know every song and that was the point. Not another club, just a lovely club to be a part of.
We want to collect the music nerds, the discographers, the deep diggers, and the vibe protectors.
For our second listening session, A Lovely Society + Special Treatment are taking over Lella Alimentari for a night built around good records, Italian bites, cocktails, and lovely company.
And trust us when we say: you don’t have to ask, “Who’s all coming?”
This one actually started by accident. We took an adventure walk to one of our favorite cafés in Williamsburg and happened to walk in on the owner’s birthday. There was a DJ playing. We thought we’d stay for an hour. We stayed the whole night.
The DJ was a veteran. You probably don’t know him. We didn’t either. But trust us — he ate that set up.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it, we thought: we need more of this. More discovery. More DJs who really know music.
More rooms where you hear something you’ve never heard before and immediately need to know what it is. More dancing because the music is actually that good.
So, we’re bringing back the funk.
Come early for special cocktails, Italian bites, and patio seating until 10PM. Meet somebody new. Catch up with somebody old. Sit for a while. Dance for a while. Let the music carry the rest.
It’s a listening session — but with more vibes than a head nod.
A Lovely Society is built around the simple idea that listening together still matters. We love discovering music and the people who know how to find it.
No big production.
No forced scene.
Just a room full of people with good taste, sharing music and making the space feel alive.

P.S. For the people who actually read these descriptions: we’re doing the first session on Friday for friends + family. Same place. 7PM–11PM. A little night-before hang and with the DJ we mentioned above. He’s outside!!
