Speakers: Toan Huynh is a Partner at Baylane Capital/Momentum Partners, where she invests in and advises early-stage B2B technology and IT services companies at the intersection of AI, data, cloud, and financial services. A tech-native operator and ex-founder whose cloud consultancy was acquired by Accenture, she brings over two decades of experience helping founders scale go-to-market, partnerships, and M&A in highly regulated industries. She is also an EIR at Morgan Stanley's venture labs. Elisabeth Bykoff is the Founder & CEO of Boxsy.io, an AI-powered COO platform helping startups streamline fundraising and operations. A former GTM executive at Conga, YayPay by Quadient, and Agiloft, she previously built PwC’s U.S. Salesforce practice from $0 to over $200M globally. Elisabeth was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Lab and the author of French Landing, a memoir about immigrating to the U.S. Oni Kabir brings 30+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, and business strategy. He previously served as Chief Risk Officer for New York City’s financial systems, overseeing the security of more than $115 billion in annual transactions. Oni has also led organizations including GSC Assets, Argon Holdings, and Sora Defense, spanning hedge funds, private equity, and cyber intelligence. As both a founder and enterprise operator, he advises early-stage companies on scaling, enterprise strategy, and operational execution. Stefan Lehmann-Karp is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures. Stefan brings over 20 years across venture capital, investment banking, and startup operations to supports early-stage founders through fundraising, growth, governance, and strategic scaling. Previously, he held leadership roles at Bridgewater Associates, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers, as well as CFO and COO positions at venture-backed startups. Stefan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Cornell University.
