Knowing how to defend yourself in a potentially dangerous situation is an important life skill many of us take for granted. Due to recent political events, our safety is at risk—but it should not prevent us from living our lives as proud Jews. Krav Maga Experts (KME) wants to help. 

Let’s meet for an entry-level Krav Maga class with KME’s founder, Tsahi Shemesh, a true pro and former IDF solider, at his workout studio on the Upper West Side. No previous experience is required or expected. If enough people like it, we can consider more than one session in the near future.
