Our first Return to Rhythm was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we gather with intention, open hearts, and the medicine of rhythm. We are honored and excited to bring this offering back to our community. RETURN TO RHYTHM We are excited to bring this beautiful offering back to our community under the New Harvest Moon. A time we are choosing to honor as a threshold between seasons, inviting us to pause, reflect, release, and prepare for what comes next. As summer begins to shift toward autumn, we invite you to take a moment to reflect on what this season has brought you. What have you grown? What have you learned? What has nourished you and what are you ready to leave behind? Together, we’ll create space to clear, ground, and reconnect through the intentional combination of copal limpia, sananga, guided drum meditation, and community drumming. We’ll begin with copal limpia to clear and release, followed by the option to receive sananga as an invitation into deeper clarity and presence. From there, we’ll move into a guided drum meditation to ground into the body, quiet the mind, and turn inward. We’ll then gather around the drums, allowing rhythm to become a form of meditation, expression, and connection. This is an invitation to harvest the wisdom of where you’ve been, release what no longer needs to come with you, and create space for what you want to cultivate in the season ahead. Come as you are.
