The purpose of a Soirée is to experiment with designing a dining experience that uses etiquette, courtesy, and honor to facilitate deep, transformative, beautiful, and purposeful conversation. We draw from old-world traditions to facilitate this, bridging from the past to the modern world. Feel free to contribute beverages and/or sides! This is an experience designed to help us slow down and be more present and communal, so expect to hang out for a few hours toasting and conversing over the food.
