We put a photo on the screen. You guess the monthly rent. Points for close, humiliation for wildly off. 12 rounds, live leaderboard, real listings from the Zürich market — including the mouldy attic on this flyer, which rented in four days. One catch: one of the players on that leaderboard is an AI agent. We’re not telling you which one. Figure it out before the last round.
