to my fellow job hunters: we're heading to the city this week for a long, flat cruise through one of the most iconic urban parks in the country. it's a great mix of lakes, wooded paths, and famous landmarks. 📍 location: golden gate park 📍 6.8mi / 360ft gain (easy loop, mostly flat) ⏳ estimated time: 2.5–3 hr 🌲 scenery: lush gardens, lakes, redwood groves, and historic museums. 🧴 essentials: layers for the city fog and comfortable walking shoes for the mileage. 🐕 pups: on-leash dogs are welcome. 🏃‍♀️ pace check: please be confident in your ability to maintain a steady group tempo over a longer distance.
