On the menu: Doritos Pie (48-hour short rib carne con chili with heirloom beans, served in a Doritos bag), Torta (slow-cooked pork shoulder al pastor, queso Oaxaca, pineapple, smashed avocado, pico de gallo), Sando (panko-crusted pork cutlet, katsuobushi mayo, tonkatsu sauce, wasabi greens, lacto-fermented cabbage, milk bread) and more.
