Letβs gather on the sand to celebrate Earth Day with an evening of deep rest, connection, and community under the stars. π« ππ§ββοΈβ¨
Regulate your nervous system as you sink into the Earth and feel supported with grounding gentle movement and cosmic vibrations as we honor the beauty of our planet and the power of self care and community. π

Sunset Sound Bath Meditation

Whether you come solo or with friends, you're sure to leave with new connections. We'll circle around the fire with food, ocean breezes, starlight, and heart-centered community. Participate in optional bonding activities to help you deepen your relationship with yourSelf, your loved ones, and maybe even someone new. ππ₯π

π« This is a grown-up gathering. We love kids, but this event is intended to be a calming, low-stimulation space for adults to relax and recharge. Think of it as an invitation for parents and caregivers to tend to themselves for once. π§ββοΈ
πΎ Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Please make sure they have food and water and will be warm and comfortable.
