Queer Clay With Me (All Ages)
Queer Clay With Me is a cozy, creative, all-ages gathering designed for queer folks and chosen family to connect, play with clay, and tap into their inner child
no experience needed.
We’ll be taking over the lovely Principles BK Café, a queer-owned, pay-what-you-can coffee shop in Brooklyn that’s warm, welcoming, and fully sober-friendly. This event is perfect if you’ve been wanting to come to a Queer BK event but prefer spaces that aren’t centered around bars or nightlife.
During the workshop, you’ll be guided through a relaxed clay play session where you can sculpt freely and create something tangible to take home
think keychains, magnets, or small sculptures. This is not about perfection; it’s about being present, getting your hands dirty, laughing, and connecting with community.
What’s included:
• All materials provided (clay, tools, keychains, magnets, etc.)
• A supportive, affirming environment
• Open-ended creative play (no pressure, no skill required)
• Community connection with queer folks across Brooklyn
What to expect:
• A chill, feel-good vibe
• Music, conversation, and lots of laughter
• Space to socialize or quietly create at your own pace
• A welcoming environment for all ages and identities
