Step into the forest and into something unforgettable.
Forest Groove is a mama’s night in the wild, a silent disco under the trees where you can dance, connect, and fully let go. We’ll begin the evening with a grounding movement session, then slip on headphones and dance together in the forest as the sun sets and the music takes over.
Afterward, wind down by the fire, share stories, and soak in the kind of connection that only happens when you step outside your routine.
Camping is optional but encouraged. Wake up with your new village, share breakfast, and continue the adventure with a group paddle on the Saluda River.
Flow of the evening:
Arrive early (around 4 PM) to set up camp and connect
7:00 PM – Movement session to warm up
8:00–9:30 PM – Silent disco in the forest
Post-dance – Fire hang and wind down
What to bring: camping gear if staying overnight, food, layers, water, comfortable shoes for dancing, and eco-friendly glitter. Water craft (with flotation + whistle) if you want to join the morning paddle (extra kayaks on site are limited)
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.
