PULSE: A Live Improv Musical Journey Presented by Humane Design Step out of the chaos and into your body. An evening of breath, movement, and a completely improvised live score by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. TIMELINE • 5:45pm — Doors open • 6:15pm — Opening circle & intention setting • 6:35pm — Voluntary light guided movement with a guest facilitator (TBA), with live accompaniment • 6:50pm — Open dance floor, improvised musical journey by PULSE • 8:30pm — Ambient sound bath by PULSE • 8:50pm — Voluntary facilitated integration (breakout discussion groups) • 9:00pm — Event ends Come for the guided movement, the open floor, or both. No experience required.
