This year, legendary underground class act
🐸DANCES🐸is doing something he actually has not done before:
He’s collaborating on a birthday party/ for himself — and a funeral for the name that carried him through half the wild, ungoverned chapters of the LA underground.
MON€¥CAT fam and friends are hosting a repass for his old government-stage name, “Dances With White Girls” — a name that survived multiple eras, three moral panics, and at least seven different versions of “woke Twitter.”
We’re not cancelling it.
We’re just… respectfully letting it rest in power.
Pull up and show love as Dances turns another year older, wiser, and slightly older most employable 🐸. We’re giving his old name a proper send-off: music, sweat, questionable decisions, and a room full of people who swear they were there then and now.
Soundtracking the resurrection/repass ceremony:

Bring your joy, your memories, and your best “that name really did what it had to do” energy.
We’re dancing for the past and dancing for the future thru the threshold of a post woke world — all at the same BPM.
Bless
