Virtual networking events often promise "meaningful connections" and then drop you into a random breakout where everyone's on mute. I'm a tech recruiter. I've been on both sides of this. I have a theory that hand-picking does better than random selections and this is the experiment to test out matching within a larger group.
Here's how it works:
> You RSVP with your LinkedIn URL
> If I find good matches for you, I'll match you in a curated room. If not, you'll join a small general breakout room.
> You will get ~ 20 minutes together then come back to the main room.
