Milieu Blue Gallery is pleased to present “Interior Castles” a solo exhibition from fine artist Tess Marks. After 7+ years of pausing her art career from depression, motherhood, family estrangement, and more this is her step back into the world of creating and showing art. In her latest series “Interior Castles”, Tess Marks explores the life changing insights gained while reading “The Interior Castle” by Saint Teresa of Ávila. Here she explores how to get through an all consuming darkness. Learning that when we dismantle the fear of going inside ourselves, we find our interior castle where there is an endless source of light and God dwells. This one night only exhibition will allow you to step into the artist’s interior castle as she visually depicts her ongoing journey through the fragmented battle to stay connected to her light source.
