Welcome to Wednesday Zen! Join me, your new favorite yoga teacher, finding zen under the willow trees every Wednesday evening. 🌬️🕉️ It will be lovely to join you on the mat at: 6pm on September 2, 2026 (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a timely start.) 📍Meadow Park, San Luis Obispo 🌟For more information on where to find us, please refer to the “Where to Find Zen” section below. ❣️PLEASE READ❣️ A release of liability waiver is REQUIRED for attendance. THIS IS A ONE-TIME FORM. If you have not filled it out for a previous Wednesday Zen class please use the link provided to complete the form BEFORE start of class. I will be checking with each student prior to the start time to make sure everyone was able to access it successfully. Thank you! 👬👫👭 BRING FRIENDS 👬👫👭 Friends, situationships, bosses, coworkers, lovers, and everyone in between are all welcome! 🌀What to bring? Please come equipped with your own yoga mat and whatever desired props you like to use in your practice. Although this class will not require use of any props, you may find a light blanket or towel helpful during asana’s final resting pose, shavasana. If you do not have a mat to practice on, please feel free to come experience practice directly on the Earth! 💸Does this cost money? This is a donation based class. In an effort to make yoga accessible to everyone, I am happy to be offering Wednesday Zen at a sliding scale.
