Beautiful Day Dear Soul,
Welcome to our community healing circle, where we hold each other with love and tenderness.
Taking My Power Back is a guided meditation designed to help you reclaim your energy from moments of past pain. Through visualization, you will journey to a place where you once felt hurt, offering love and compassion to your past self. By calling your energy back, you’ll reconnect with your wholeness, leaving you empowered and aligned.

✨Why It Matters✨

• Blanket to get cozy with
• Journal & pen
Google Meet opens at 12:00 p.m., and we'll start promptly at 12:05 p.m.
