Most founders don’t need a recruiting team yet. But they do need a way to handle applicant volume without spending hours reviewing resumes. In this live working session, you’ll build a simple AI hiring agent you can actually use from defining what “great” looks like to screening real candidates. Bring a role you’re hiring for (or planning to hire for). You’ll leave with a working workflow you can use immediately. Space is limited so we can keep it small and hands-on. Lunch included.
