More info on RCD: My family started the foundation in 2013 in honor of my brother Connor who lost the battle to brain cancer when he was 18. We hold Connor’s Run in Melbourne each year in Sept with over 5k participants - for those afar we hold mini shadow runs like this :) Any and all welcome to join! If you don’t register in time to get a tee I’ll have some you can buy/donate towards.
