You're invited to join us for an evening of meditation, good food, and community. If you'd like, you're welcome to bring a vegan/vegetarian dish to share, though there's absolutely no obligation to bring anything. If you'd like to bring something, please add it to the Google Sheet (that way we all don't accidentally bring the same thing!). We'll begin with a short meditation, followed by our potluck dinner. After we eat, we'll open the mic for anyone who'd like to share music, poetry, storytelling, comedy, or anything! You're even welcome to share something you, yourself did not create (your favorite song, poem, etc). A sign-up sheet will be available at the door. Everyone is welcome! Whether you're brand new to meditation or have been practicing for years, there's a place for you here.
