This workshop is a small, intentional afternoon to unwind that.
We’ll move slowly. We’ll build very specific strength in the places your body has been asking for support. We’ll calm your nervous system while we do it.
The kind of work where you suddenly realize:
“Oh. I don’t have to grip there.”
People often leave saying it feels like they got bodywork, except it came from their own muscles turning back on!! Hips feel more even. Breath drops lower. Pain gets quieter. Your whole system settles.
You’ll learn:
• How to create real stability (especially if you’re bendy or are dealing with back issues)
• How to reduce tension without aggressive stretching
• How to support your joints so they stop yelling
• How to down-regulate your nervous system on purpose
If you deal with chronic pain, sit at a desk for most of the day, or are feeling burnout, this will make sense in your body. You’ll leave feeling taller, steadier, and noticeably more at ease.
