Dr. Kristin Austin (she/her) - DEIB strategist and advocate for women in tech who blends storytelling and insights to challenge barriers and build belonging.
Victoria Austin - Software engineer at Arista Networks and founder of the Big Sister program, passionate about fostering community and support for women in tech.
Kim Nico - Software Development Manager at Amazon with 12+ years of experience, serving on the global Amazon Women in Engineering leadership team to make Amazon the best place for technical women and non-binary individuals.
Padmini Misra - Director at Arista Networks with 25 years of engineering experience. Leads teams focused on network management, telemetry, and analytics with expertise in Zero Trust Networking. Champion for inclusive workplaces who has developed mentorship programs and ERGs to support underrepresented groups in tech.
Mila Green - Software Engineer with experience delivering iconic products at Google, Microsoft, and Windows, passionate about design and delightful user experiences.
Kristen Olsen - 25+ years in software development with experience at Intel, HP, Apple, and Adobe. Cal Poly CS graduate who has held leadership roles at LEVEL Studios, NerdWallet, and Amazon across various divisions including Kindle, Last Mile, Alexa Shopping, and now Amazon Security. Passionate about developing leaders and creating impactful software.
Saanvi Dua - 5th year CSC grad student at Cal Poly. Founded the Product Management Club and previously served as Diversity Director at WISH. Has product management experience as an intern at SoFi and Microsoft. Co-hosted International Women's Day event last year.
Hannah Moshtaghi - 3rd-year Computer Science student from Sunnyvale. Campus leader serving as VP of CS+AI, President of Computing Club Collaborative, WISH mentor, and Tech Lead at Hack4Impact. Has secured internships from startups to big tech and will discuss women in technology leadership.
