Eros Ascends
Proxima Performing Arts presents Eros Ascends, a house concert on April 18 from 6–9 pm. In an intimate setting where artists and audience gather together, the evening unfolds through music, shared table, and conversation. This is a space for listening up close—for experiencing how music moves, stirs, and comes to life in real time.
Eros Ascends takes its inspiration from Eros, the ancient force the Greeks understood as the spark that sets life in motion—an energy that draws us toward union and wholeness. As spring awakens the world, this evening follows the flame of desire as it gathers force and lifts life into experience.
Guests are welcomed with appetizers and cocktails from 6–7 pm, followed by the performance from 7–8 pm, and a dessert reception from 8–9 pm.
Tickets are $65 per person and include all fees, food, and drink, and performance. Attendance is limited.

- How to Purchase Tickets on Partiful using Venmo -
1. Select “Going”.
2. Enter your name and phone number. If purchasing multiple tickets, add the other attendees’ names as Plus Ones. Select “Continue”.
3. Verify your phone number with the code sent. (Optional verification if you don’t have a Partiful account).
4. Enter your preferred contact method. If email, please enter your email.
5. Payment. Your total ticket cost is calculated based on the number of RSVPs entered in Step 2. Click on the “Pay” button on screen to pay via Venmo (this will open up the Venmo app for you to make the payment).
6. Complete payment on Venmo. When you’re finished, return to the Partiful screen to confirm you’ve paid.
