Back to School Workshop, for littles ages 5-10, Saturday 8/23 from 10:30-12. Join us for yoga, mindfulness, art and connection. This workshop will help children to get ready for back to school, feeling calm, confident and empowered. $35/child. Together we’ll close out summer and get ready for the school year 🩷✨
