What to Expect:
🔥 Fireside Chat & Lecture 🔥
We begin the evening with a thought-provoking conversation on the history and academic significance of Latin music and dance in New York City, tracing its roots and influence on generations past and present.
💃 Interactive Cultural Experience 🕺🏽
After the lecture, the night moves from talk to action. At 7:30 PM, join a private salsa class led by the UC Alum and founder of Mambroso. Then at 8:30 PM, Liethis Hechavarria of Alvin Ailey leads an Afro-Cuban dance session—turning theory into rhythm, and bridging the gap between learning and living culture.
