CLIMATE TRIVIA + TACOS (6-8PM) Presented by AAPI in Climate, Out in Climate & Green Apple Trivia Hey everyone, it’s summer! Join us at Taco Vista for tacos, margaritas, and a round of climate trivia that’s equal parts fun and sharp — no expertise required, just your curiosity. Ferries depart from Battery Maritime Building at 5:45, 6:15, 6:45, 7:15, 7:45 Return ferries on the half hour until 11pm https://www.govisland.com/plan-your-visit AFTERS: HOUSE TOUR (8-9PM) Presented by Climate Imaginarium At 8pm come for a short walk to House 406A for a tour of the Climate Imaginarium to check out their climate community center and "Witness to Change” — an art exhibition in defiance of the dismantlement, erasure, and obfuscation of climate data, which features works from over 60 artists. — ABOUT AAPI in Climate is a group of NYC-area climate professionals who celebrate and uplift Asian American leaders working towards career empowerment, climate justice, and sustainability. Started in 2023, we strengthen connections through socials, learning opportunities, and community advocacy. Our Whatsapp group is for people of Asian heritage, and our events welcome everyone.
